Teaching Workshop at McGroarty Arts Center on 10/7!

Bring a pumpkin, and your unlimited imagination! One day only!  6:30-8:30pm

Main Hall/Front Veranda at McGroarty Arts Center

Adults: $35. Adult/Child pairs: $55 (includes all basic supplies, except your pumpkin) Experience a different approach to the age-old tradition of pumpkin carving! Don’t just use a knife; try sculpture tools, adding other vegetables, paints, and more. Think outside the squash to create a truly unique, three-dimensional decoration for your next Halloween. Learn-as-you-go with Pumpkin Artist Doug Goodreau, as he combines sculptural and theatrical techniques with life experience to create designs that are guaranteed to scare even the creepiest of ghouls. Be prepared for a boot camp style workout for the imagination, a fluid dialogue of ideas, and lots of fun!
